This website is operated by Hungries Lab Enterprise. We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high-quality products. Thank you for for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Our return policies for online purchases are uncomplicated.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: It takes about 1-2 working days to process and ship your orders as most of our products are freshly made to order. We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the order confirmation via email notification). Delivery time usually takes about 5 working days.

We shall notify you if we are be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e. Pgeon Delivery, Ninja Van, DHL eCom, CJ Century, Pos Laju (Malaysia) and J&T Express. Self-collection from our warehouse is strictly not allowed.

DELIVERY FEE: The delivery fees are as follow:-

West Malaysia:
  • RM6.90 (shipping fees)
East Malaysia:
  • Currently we do not deliver to Sabah and Sarawak.

SALES RETURN: To return an item, please email customer service at help@hungries.my to obtain the return form and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item and the return form in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

All products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached within ten days upon receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 15 days return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.

REFUNDS: Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Please allow at least seven days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS: For damaged or defective products, please contact us at help@hungries.my together with images within four days upon receiving the item. We will not entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of four days from the date of receiving your parcel.
